The first step to body building is to do exercise regularly. We have to eliminate unwanted waste products from our body like sweat. This action itself cures our diseases and keeps our mind and body fresh. Then we have to get rid of belly fats. There are large amount unwanted fats present in our body in belly area and makes us to show over weight. We have to take steps to get rid of those fats from our body. We have to concentrate on the diet which reduces belly much. We can do abs exercise daily and reduce the unwanted fat present in our body. There are many fat burning exercises are teaching in gym and other places. We have to do the exercises regularly. Next we have to concentrate on the diet. We have to diet in such a way that it has more fiber and less fat. Now there are many medicines are available to reduce fat and sugar by being sugar free. We have to intake low carbohydrate content food to avoid deposition of fat in our body.
